Our Florida Vacations
Our first trip to Florida and Walt Disney World was in 1993. We
had heard all of the glowing praise from others who had been there, and were eager to experience things for ourselves. We stayed at Disney World's Dixie Landings, a quaint southeast- styled resort. In a nutshell, we loved it! We vowed to return soon, and we did in 1996. That time we stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel which is adjacent to the Disney World property and owned by Westgate Resorts. Most recently we visited in 1998, this time spending our time at Westgate Vacation Villas. Before heading home, we decided we would like to keep this habit going for a while, and made a decision to become resort time-share owners at Westgate.
We've made plans to return next January! This will be the first
time for us to stay in a time-share condo though it won't be our own, because we switched weeks. We're looking forward to another incredibly fun vacation, none-the-less.
If you've ever considered purchasing a time-share in central
Florida, we recommend our resort, Westgate Vacation Villas, just one mile from Walt Disney World, just down the freeway from Sea World and Universal Studios, and not that far from Kennedy Space Center. If you'd rather not make that big of an investment just now, but would like to visit Orlando, see Disney World, and all the other great local attractions, here's a special deal that we, as Westgate owners, are able to extend to you.
Enjoy 4 days and 3 nights in Orlando for just $129.00! Just
call 1-800-766-8455 to make a reservation, and be sure to tell them that John and Shannon Lawrence referred you. Use referral number 9314560400 when you call. E-mail us at js_lawrence@juno.com and we'll fill you in on all the details.
See you in Florida!

numerous, well-crafted, and inventive signs found throughout Walt Disney World, helping to make your visit a very special, and magical experience. |

The centerpiece of Animal
Kingdom is The Tree of Life, an enormous, and extremely amazing structure adorned with the figures of hundreds of wild animals. The overall effect is a giant baobab tree with animals carved into it. You can pick out a few in the photo here, but no photo can possibly do it justice. |

While at Epcot

Plan your entire Florida vacation right here!
Disney World A whole world of adventure and fun at Magic Kingdom, Epcot
Center, Disney/MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom. And that's just the beginning!
Kennedy Space Center Learn about the history of the U.S. space program,
future deep space projects, and take a tour of the facility.
Sea World Haven't been here yet. If it's just like Sea World in San Diego, then it's
a great place to spend a day.
Travelocity Make airline reservations, purchase your tickets, and reserve a
hotel/motel room all from this handy site. Find the lowest rates available!
Universal Studios A very cool place to spend the day. My favorite attraction:
Terminator 2: 3-D, the best show I've ever seen anywhere. Take a bus ride through downtown New York City, but watch out for King Kong. Exciting stunt shows all day long.
Westgate Resorts Our new "home" away from home, just a mile from Disney
World. See information about our vacation referral package above. |
